Day 1

  • Lights, camera and action!

This year’s eTwinning conference on Turning Inclusion into Action kicked off with an amazing plenary session, in front of an excited audience, composed of a mix of over 500 teachers and educationalists from 39 different countries. Welcome to the wonderful world of eTwinning!

The Keynote address by Mark Penfold was inspirational. His definiton of #Inclusion also mentioned that inclusion is not treating everyone the same, is treating everyone to the same opportunities and that  teachers make change by asking questions not making statements!

    Award dinner

In the evening we were delighted in hearing about the winners of this year’s prizes for projects involving students working together from many countries – in subjects covering both arts and sciences, primary and secondary, and in different languages. The Award dinner was also live streamed.

We also celebrated the 5th anniversay of eTwinning Plus!
