    Our school consists of IT, Electronics,(ET) and Fashion Design(MT) Technologies department which includes 550 students and 57 teachers. There are 14 classrooms,4 BT, 4 ET, 4 MT workshop, library, multipurpose hall, indoor gym, canteen and project working class. After completing 9th grade courses, our students prefer department according to their success, request and ability.

     

    Our vocational courses are applied in our workshops for 10,11,12. classes. Our 12th grade students complete their internships in qualified enterprises. However, the employment of the students as qualified personnel after graduation is below the school targets. Unemployment problem in Turkey, changes in students’ preferences for higher education, the gap between the school curriculum and workshop practices and new technologies and business perspectives leads to it. Various solutions are sought for the employment which is the aim of our project related to this problem and protocols are signed with leading representatives of the sector on behalf of school industry cooperation. While the new technologies are integrated in the framework of protocols, teacher-student education is given by sector employees in our schools. In addition to professional skills, academic studies continue rapidly within the frame of our mission. It is to bring our country to world standards in accordance with the objectives of national education, o educate qualified technical staff in need of rapidly developing technology and to have a privileged place among the schools aiming to make best use of education-teaching efficiency. Our school has been active in etwinning projects. At the national level, We came the first in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle category at Turkey’s Largest Robot Competition organized by National Education Ministry in 2018.We have robotic, software, electronic degrees in engineering competitions of universities, We came fifth in high school exam in 2015 among high schools. Our school made its own 3D printer and gave a courses about 3D printer to the surrounding school and helped to have it. The project will be managed by a council which consists of teacher who are professional, responsible, good at English and knowledgeable about Erasmus+ projects.
